SPECIFICATION

The courts walls are either of structural brick or bloc, flush pointed, or structural concrete. They must be plumb and true and free from surface protrusions and irregularities, particularly mortar droppings.

Rebound is applied in one coat to a thickness of 8mm. For re-surfacing court walls Rebound is applied up to a thickness of 12mm, to even out any irregularities.

Rebound must be applied to are used. dry, clean surfaces to ensure adhesion, and allowed to cure slowly. The surfacing must be kept damp by spraying with water for short periods during the first five days after completion. In very hot and dry conditions the surface should be covered with Hessian or similar sheets and kept damp until the curing period is over.

Rebound has a surface which when fully hardened will gradually become smooth as the courts are used.

Rebound is naturally white when dry. It may be painted with a suitable copolymer emulsion depending on the client's wishes. However most courts are not painted.
